About us...
KĀLELE EATS is family-run business based on the island of Oahu, founded by husband-and-wife team, Karlene and Rick Perez, who have a passion for creating good food that gathers loved ones together in memorable moments, while also serving communities throughout Hawai’i. Kālele Eats was established during the global pandemic when family, entrepreneurial ingenuity and culinary creativity became a purposeful priority for the Perez ʻohana.
Specializing in homemade delights such as shave ice, authentic hot malasadas, gelato and espresso affogato, Kālele Eats is celebrated for their picturesque mobile rental services that bring hospitality and the comforts of home to special events on location.

Velvety soft shave ice made to order. We use only the best syrups and finish it off with fresh toppings of your choice.

Our malasadas are handmade and fried fresh on-site. Nothing beats a sugary hot malasada at the end of the night!
Espresso Service
Our most labor intensive service but SO worth it! Fresh espresso drinks, hot or iced. Add gelato to the mix and you've got delicious affogatos as well!
Gelato Sundae Bar
Guests can choose from your customized gelato and sorbet menu and toppings. Shots of espresso are included with this service!
Affogatos
Our affogato station is perfect for a late night dessert option for your guests! Espresso shots are made fresh on site and poured over creamy gelato. This has become one of our most popular services and there's no question as to why....
Continental Breakfast
Need an early morning action station? Homemade scones, fresh fruit, espresso shots and coffee with all the fixings. Add some Acai bowls and it's the most perfect way to start your day!

This bold and beautiful Italian soda float service is always a welcomed addition to the lineup! Guests can choose from your menu of soda flavors, gelato, and toppings! It's sure to have your guests swooning for more!
